We should use a oil for cleaning our skin in winter because our skin becomes dry in this weather. If you use any artificial makeup cleanser then skin becomes more dry and irritated. Because these artificial cleansers contain harsh chemicals, which are not good for our skin. So I am using 100% pure extra virgin coconut oil. I personally use maxcare edible coconut oil. I always prefer to use any product on the skin which is edible as they have not any chemical. You can use any of your favorite brands. It's totally up to you.
Take few drops of coconut oil on palm and massage it very gently on your neck to face. If your skin is very oily and you don't want to use oil then go for aloe vera gel. I personally use wow aloe vera gel for face cleansing. Oil is a very hydrating option as a cleanser for skin in winter. All makeup removed on faced by oil gently. After 1 min massage removes the oil by using a paper tissue gently. You can wash your face too. It's up to you, how you want to remove oil from your face. But tissue is the best option to remove oil after the message.
After removing makeup, I use rose water as a hydrating agent on the skin. You can use a spray bottle to store it and then spray on your face. It's very refreshing and good toner for the skin. If you like to apply it by using a cotton pad then you can do it on your way.
Use herbal badam rogan Shirin or edible almond oil as a moisturizer. If you are doing this skincare routine in the morning then use any lite face oil but if you are doing it at night then use almond oil.
Your skin repairs itself at night. So almond oil is the best choice. Take 2-3drops on palm then apply it from neck to face gently. You can use clarified butter on lips in your night skincare routine. It's very important to take care of your lips along with skin so that your lipstick looks very beautiful in your lips.
You can apply castor oil on eyebrows and eyelashes to make them more beautiful and healthy at night. Apply castor oil wherever your skin is super dry. It will help. Take 8-hour beauty sleep to repair your skin. Don't forget to do 2-minute meditation before going for sleep. It will decrease your stress and increase your inner and outer beauty.
